Studio Surya Antwerp is our first location, based in De Studio. For more than 15 years, this space has been the starting point of Surya, a calm studio tucked beneath the cultural centre, created for focused practice and a steady rhythm of classes.

The studio is known for its warm, minimal interior, wooden floors, soft lighting, and a quiet setup that supports concentration. It is a space where students can step out of the pace of the city and return to a consistent practice, with attention to alignment, breath, and presence.

Classes run daily with a clear and grounded approach. The programme includes classic Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, private sessions, tailored yoga, corporate yoga, and workshops throughout the year. All levels are welcome, with space to practise at your own pace.
